Competency Based learning series

This is an ongoing series looking at two distinct but intertwined issues: the revision of the state's minimum standards for public school approval (a set of administrative rules known as the 306s), and New Hampshire's ongoing efforts to advance competency-based education, a learning model that emphasizes mastery of a subject and real-world applications of learning.
