The Collaborative is hiring!

THE GRANITE STATE NEWS COLLABORATIVE is a collective of nearly 20 local media, education and community partners working together to produce and share news stories on the issues that most impact our state. The hope is that together we can provide more information to more communities across New Hampshire than we could individually.

The Collaborative works with independent journalists to provide reporting that is shared and published by our partners across the state. Currently, we are producing stories on the impacts of Covid 19 and are in the process of beginning a year-long look at race in New Hampshire.

We are looking for freelancers with strong investigative skills and a passion for investigative journalism. Though we are based in New Hampshire we will consider out of state candidates. The work is paid by the project, and there are a lot of projects. Bi-lingual reporters are encouraged to apply; other than English, Spanish and French are the most common languages spoken in NH. Candidates should send a note of interest, resume and clips or a link to their work to melanie.plenda@collaborativenh.org.
